Cinema Popcorn and Soda is a Real PCOS Weight Gain Horror

Researchers made a nutritional analysis of a medium popcorn and soda combo at one theater chain and found it contained a heart-stopping 1,610 calories and around 60 grams of saturated fat.
 
A large popcorn at another chain contained a weight-boosting 1,030 calories and 57 grams of saturated fat.
 
The high calorie counts may be attributable to the corn being popped in coconut oil. Popcorn cooked in healthier canola oil showed lower levels of saturated fats, though it had similar calories and higher sodium content.
