Eat Less But Still Enjoy Favorite Meals

It may seem self-evident that one of the ways to lose weight is to eat less. But it doesn’t mean you have to deprive yourself of everything that’s fun to eat in order to lose or better control weight to improve the management of your PCOS symptoms.
 
Just employ certain tricks to lose those extra pounds while still enjoying many of your favorite dishes. Try halving your sugar intake, for example.
 
If you enjoy baking, a sugar substitute like Stevia can replace sugar cup for cup. So use one to reduce the sugar content.
 
Even better, try a less sweet version of one of your baking favorites to see if you like the taste – often they taste just as good without the extra sweetness.
 
Or use “sweet” spices like cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger and vanilla, which give the effect of sweetness without sugar’s calories or carbs.
