My name is Cecilia and I’m writing to you from Finland. I was diagnosed with PCOS by a health care professional earlier this year. I have fought these symptoms with many methods, including healing, acupuncture, GDV-therapy, and Clomifen. I have also tried vitamins, herbs, yoga and meditation, and all kinds of hair removal treatments.
I started the Insulite PCOS System in mid-october 2008. I noticed an immediate response from my digestive system. I immediately started having a bowel movement every morning, which before had been every second evening. I felt that my digestive system was better and that my fatigue was largely lifted. It was no problem for me to exercise one hour every evening and plan and cook super-healthy meals, which added further to the lifting of my fatigue. I managed to limit my intake of coffee to five small cups a day. I have been heavily addicted to coffee because of fatigue and demands from my workplace, and had been drinking up to 10 cups a day just to get myself through the day. I had a period in late October, but none in November. I continuously felt more energized than for many years. I kept my commitment for good food and exercise and limited myself to just three cups of coffee on weekends.
In late December the fatigue started again. Rest couldn’t beat it and it was no longer possible to exercise daily. But I pushed myself as far as I could. I had no period in December. Then I noticed a problem with my trousers – they were getting too tight around the middle. I decided to have a pregnancy test in January. It was positive!
After five years of waiting and fighting, thank you. Cecilia
