Robin’s Fabulous Quick Waffles, Gluten, Grain & Dairy Free
½ cup coconut or almond milk
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp baking soda
1 cup raw cashews
3 tbls coconut flour
¼ tsp sea salt
1 cup blueberries
½ banana (optional)
*Always use organic and unsweetened ingredients whenever possible
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend on medium speed until well blended. Pour into waffle iron and sprinkle in blueberries.
For syrup try this…Place ½ cube of pasture butter along with 1 cup of frozen berries into saucepan and heat until butter is melted. Add a few drops of stevia and sweeten to taste. Pour over waffles. Serve immediately.
