[PCOS Food Friday] Hot Cocoa for the Holidays

Welcome to another Food Friday! Here is delicious meal idea that is super healthy.

This weeks PCOS – Friendly recipe is: Hot Cocoa for the Holidays

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces unsweetened Almond milk or coconut milk
  • 1/3 scoop PowerPaleo or 1/2 scoop Vegan Vanilla – order now and take $10 off – use coupon code: hotcocoa
  • 1 rounded tablespoon cocoa powder
  • Stevia (liquid)
  • Cinnamon (optional)

*Always use organic and unsweetened ingredients whenever possible.

Instructions

  1. Heat almond or coconut milk on the stove top. Put in blender and add the protein powder, cocoa and 5 drops of Stevia. Blend on low until mixed – just a few seconds. Use additional Stevia to taste. The blender will make it a little frothy like a latte. Pour into cup and sprinkle with some cinnamon. Enjoy!
