In fact it freaks out….But by making just a 5% adjustment over time to your diet and lifestyle you can feel 100% better…The secret is in the baby steps…So think new habits instead of a quick fix….Each week choose one small thing to add to your routine like walking for 20 minutes 3x/week, or eating 1 salad daily full of beautiful vegetables, and you’ll be on your way to huge success.
