What Are the Two Most Effective Weight Loss Exercises? Part 1

One of the activities actually couldn’t be simpler. It’s walking briskly, which new research has shown is particularly good at helping overweight premenopausal women reduce weight gain.

Losing weight can make a huge difference to better management of PCOS symptoms and walking regularly is a great way of shedding those extra pounds to feel better.

According to a new study, women who exercise regularly  cited walking as the second most effective way to lose weight.”The benefits of brisk walking … were significantly stronger among overweight and obese women compared with lean women,” said the study.

Researchers looked at 18,414 women from a survey called the Nurses’ Health Study II, which began in 1989, continued until 2005 and covers 116,600 female nurses aged 25-42 in the United States.

There is another exercise, however, which, according the study, is even more effective at achieving weight loss and we’ll report on it tomorrow.
