Don’t Forget to Stay Active Over the Holidays for PCOS Health

It’s easy to use the holidays as an excuse to be lazy. But resist the temptation because you don’t want to undo all the hard work you’ve put in over the year to lose or better cotnrol weight for improved PCOS health.
 
Make exercise just as important as all other aspects of the festive season.
 
If possible, be around children, who are always active. Get the family to go for a walk after each major meal. If you have a dog, take it in turns with family members  to walk him or her. Better still, go on each walk with the pet.
 
Put together an active list of family events, which involve plenty of socialiizing at other people’s homes. And don’t completely stop your exercise routines. Instead, just cut back a little but exercise during those times you have to yourself.
