Thank You For Your Order!

You’re fasting insulin blood work order has been received.

The next step is to email us with your birthdate. We need this to place your order with the lab. Please email Angie at support@insulitehealth.com with your birthdate. In a day or two you will hear from one of our team members that your blood work order with the lab has been placed, and it's time for you to go to the lab for your blood draw.

Here are next steps:

STEP 1: Find a Quest Lab closest to you - CLICK HERE.

STEP 2: Make an appointment as early in the morning as you can.

STEP 3: Take your ID with you to the lab so they can verify your requisition. The doctor named on your requisition form is Blankenship, Will MD. He is the doctor in charge where we order your labs.

STEP 4: Fast the morning of the test. Stop eating 12 hours before your blood draw, but be sure to drink plenty of water the morning of your test so you are hydrated (dehydration is stressful on the body).

STEP 5: Your lab test results will automatically be sent to our office once they’re complete.

STEP 6: We will email the results to you.
